AITH for leaving my husband when he’s been going through a mental health crisis?
We’ve had lots of financial problems over the years. Recently we were about to lose our house again. We have moved 14 different times in the last 28 years. I’m sick and tired of all the instability. Most of the time we only had one car and no child care. So only one of us was working. He was constantly losing his job or quitting it. If he got a job that made decent money he would want me to quit mine.
We were taken to court for landlord tenant cases more times than I can count. He’s manipulative and has anger management issues. He suggested we add extra people to our sex life and I didn’t want to. But I did it to make him happy. He recently claimed that he was doing it for me and he didn’t want to. I don’t believe that for a second. He also went alone to have fun with some guys who he said wanted nothing to do with me. He has the grindr app on his phone. Pictures of famous women in hose or pictures from cross dressers also on his phone. He criticized everyone I watched on YouTube.
My family does not like him. Including our son and my 2 sons from a previous marriage. So I moved out and moved in with my kids.
That’s the short version.
So AITAH for leaving him at his lowest point? I have been thinking of leaving for a long time.
